How will I know when my order is ready?
You will receive push notifications or on-screen updates when the order status changes. For pickup orders, follow the "Order Ready" alert and collect your food at the counter.
Status typically moves through Submitted, Preparing, and Ready. Enable notifications for the fastest alerts—especially useful with online ordering for in-store pickup.
In-store screens or ticket numbers may also display ready orders. If you miss a notification, open the order detail page or ask the counter. Prep timing tips are in restaurant order prep time for pickup stores.
